Eynesbury is an evolving township west of Melbourne providing not only houses and land, but also a thriving community. Being in an extremely competitive space, Eynesbury needed a digital presence to cut through the noise of competitors.
A site was needed that not only looked great but also supported large integrated marketing and advertising campaigns. The site was also required to have a number of advanced features to support potential buyers view available stock and builder house and land packages.
Oh, and it needed to be mobile and tablet friendly.DESIGN & STRATEGY
When we set out to design the new Eynesbury site with Extension, we wanted the brand and the current campaigns to be front and centre to provide the backbone of integrated campaigns. So strong photography and large imagery were key to the design.
The client also wanted a site that was constantly up to date, not only supporting the current campaign, but also the stock and availability of land in the estate.
To deliver on this, we implemented a Content Management Solution with a custom built Stock Manager so that the site visitors always had the latest availability present. To bring this site to the forefront, we worked extensively on a stunning interactive drill down map, which allows site visitors to view homesites in real time, and the current and future stages of the estate.SOLUTION
The result is a stunning digital presence with class leading functionality for a land estate development. With the CMS in place, the client can truly manage integrated media campaigns with more than lip service to a digital presence.RESULT
